{"id":1141,"date":"2012-02-09T16:52:35","date_gmt":"2012-02-09T08:52:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.craigsheppard.co.nz\/blog\/?p=1141"},"modified":"2012-02-10T13:40:02","modified_gmt":"2012-02-10T05:40:02","slug":"boomrock-2012","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.craigsheppard.co.nz\/blog\/boomrock-2012\/","title":{"rendered":"Boomrock 2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On a recent trip back to New Zealand I visited <em><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boomrock.co.nz\/\" target=\"_blank\">Boomrock<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/em> again.\u00a0 The <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fleetsafenz.co.nz\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fleetsafe NZ<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/span> program is in full swing and they have just gone through a change of vehicle provider with Holden NZ now providing the cars.\u00a0 It was a little unexpected when I was asked to come out to the track to shoot a new Holden Calais doing a few test laps and I was slightly under prepared. It was a less than perfect evening but I still jumped at the chance to get some shots.\u00a0 The track is perched up on top of a large hill which is exposed to the wind in all directions but has amazing views of the Marlborough Sounds and the Cook Straight.
