{"id":1640,"date":"2014-07-26T14:13:39","date_gmt":"2014-07-26T13:13:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.craigsheppard.co.nz\/blog\/?p=1640"},"modified":"2015-02-26T14:15:50","modified_gmt":"2015-02-26T14:15:50","slug":"2014-tour-of-friendship-stage-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.craigsheppard.co.nz\/blog\/2014-tour-of-friendship-stage-5\/","title":{"rendered":"2014 Tour Of Friendship Stage 5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today I started off with the 50&#8217;s men, juniors and women.\u00a0 It was great to see the juniors attacking each other and the 50&#8217;s men closing the gaps and bring it back together.\u00a0 After the initial flurry of attacks it settled down and this is when I decided to wait for the Open Men and continue to the finish with them.\u00a0 This was a good decision as it was all action in this peloton.\u00a0 The pace was very high and the bunch was continuously being strung out, there was quite a bit of suffering going on on this last stage.
